The Residence Oltremare and the Oltremare La Conia are respectively 800 and 500 meters from the sea, in the north-east of Sardinia, on the Gulf of Arzachena (8 km) at about 30 km from the port of Olbia "Isola Bianca" and International Airport "Costa Smeralda".
